In the heart of the 78704 neighborhood, this new construction home was built to entertain. The clients, who were downsizing from their larger home, wanted to create a space where they were not only comfortable but maximized the downstairs living space to accommodate entertaining of all sorts. A vibrant and bold color pallet, takes center stage. The usual mix of red and lime green are unexpected yet seamlessly works together. The most unique furniture pieces of the space is the german made dining table that converts into a fully function and standard size pool table. Hanging above the pool table is a beautiful Schonbeck chandelier and when seen from the street lit up at night sparkles. The grey contemporary leather sectional plays hosts to its many guest. Its cool elephant grey tones, ground the fun coffee table that is able to pull apart to move around the space. The fun part of the coffee table is that one corner ottoman can become an additional seat when needed. The decorative Calvin Klein hide rug, brings the space together by mirroring the colors in the stack stone fireplace.
